A fresh store design that involved construction literally from floor to ceiling. A new tenancy was created from a previously larger one which was accessed from street level. To provide level access from the internal mall the floor had to be raised. New wall linings, ceiling, lighting and shopfront were installed.
The coloured stripe concept references the manicure services available to the customer, taking bold nail polish colours and applying them in random strips of film. This graphic concept was also used on the client’s corporate identity.
The shopfront design features a formal entrance portico providing a structured transition into the salon. The red feature wall is visible to traffic on the mall walkway, attracting attention and reinforcing the nail colour theme.
