Trapezoid Interior Design has completed refurbishments and new store designs for many of Christiane’s Hair Design salons. We have assisted in the development of the client’s retail design concept and applied this concept to a variety of tenancies and shopping centres.
The shopfronts feature bold red-orange polyurethane panelling which frame the wide entry openings. This colour is repeated on the interior wall behind the service counter, while internal walls are painted off-white to provide a bright interior with minimal colour spill so hair tinting is always accurate. For the same reason lighting that provides balanced colour is selected. Large format graphics add interest to walls within the store. Hair wash bays are ideally located to avoid being visible from the front of the shop.
