This apartment, which boasts glorious harbour views, was completely gutted to provide an entirely new floor plan. Setting the tone for the classically elegant space, stunning timber veneer joinery with inset bevelled mirror was installed at the entry foyer and living room.
The luxurious ensuite bathroom features an oversized shower, pan and double vanity. Accessed via double sliding doors, the ensuite walls and floor are lined with Crema Sand marble, complete with under floor heating. This subtle palette is complemented by a strong timber veneer and mirror vanity feature, continuing the theme from the entry and living space joinery.
The mirrored feature wall of the living room enhances the sense of space in this open plan area while announcing the stately formality of the home. A distinctive black pendant light with double shade and metallic lining defines the living area and complements the nickel plated wall lamps, while custom made feature armchairs and coffee table add elegance and sophistication.

The outstanding feature of the kitchen is the oversized buffet which separates the kitchen space from the dining area and provides an abundance of valuable storage. The hutch screens the prep bench, allowing the hosts to interact with their guests whilst discretely adding the final touches to a meal.
Both the buffet top and hutch feature recessed mirror facing the dining table. This fragments the mass of the unit and provides an attractive area to display treasured ornaments or to lay out a buffet.

The remainder of the kitchen is more subdued. Polyurethane cabinet doors, which match the surrounding wall colour, have a metallic additive which gives them a subtle shimmer. The dishwasher and refrigerator are fully integrated while toaster and kettle are conveniently located on the island bench, concealed from view behind the hutch.
